The Company has been successfully operating on the market since 1991 and has the longstanding expertise in technological support provided for traditional clinical study and laboratory test methods and industrial production as well as in development and implementation of unique know-hows.

The Company is notable for its profound internal dynamics, highly skilled team and drive for creating unconventional solutions and innovative approaches in different market segments, and immediate availability to deal with urgent issues as well. For example, in 1996 the Company completely rebuilt on tight schedule the blood transfusion department (hemotransfusion station) of Central Regional Hospital in Budyennovsk.

The Company experts have developed technologies, methods, records of proceedings and guidelines for as follows:

• cryobank design and stem cell preservation; complete equipment supplies for blood banks and quarantine of donated blood plasma;
• pilot project design and implementation aimed at frozen-dried anticancer agent acquisition within class A clean rooms (GMP);
• design of special-purpose pass-through laminar box (Product protection class, work space of over 2 sq.m.) to implement veterinary and other projects.

In 2001–2003 the Company was a supplier of medical equipment to various units of the N.I. Pirogov National Medical Surgical Centre, the RF Ministry of Healthcare (NMKhC), including turnkey equipping of NMKhC pharmacy as well as a project design and equipment and furniture supplies for biochemistry and clinical analysis laboratory of the Children’s Consulting Diagnostic Centre. II class biosafety cabinets, low-temperature biological storage systems and other specialized apparatuses were installed in VEKTOR Research and Development Association, Novosibirsk. Over sixty hemotransfusion stations located in Kursk, Arkhangelsk, Irkutsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Stavropol, Novosibirks, Smolensk, Kazan, Belgorod, Tyumen, Ulyanovsk, etc. acquired special-purpose systems and units within the competitive biddings for delivery.

The Company activities in 2004 embraced:

•  Supply, turnkey installation and commission of the pass-through steam sterilizer (autoclave) for the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance Centre, Moscow;

•  Complete delivery of medical equipment, furniture, organizational stock and medical accessories and medical furniture; in addition, delivery, installation, commission and warranty service of equipment and appliances for B-area under reconstruction of Clinical and Surgical Unit of N.V. Sklifosovsky R&D Institute of Urgent Care;

•  Equipment supply for archiving and PCR-diagnosis of bacterial strains at R&D Institute of Epidemiology, Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, Ministry of Healthcare, the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent (freeze dryers, amplifier, PCR-cabinets, dosers and other consumables, temperature controlled containers, temperature-controlled cabinets, vortex mixers, etc.);

•  Completed project and re-equipment of laboratory involved in generating new chick-embryo vaccine with regard to technological improvement of producing infectious laryngotracheitis virus vaccine (autoclaves, CO2-incubators, distillation apparatuses, hot-air sterilizers, refrigerators and deep-freezers, and the unique single-stage incubation system model – setter unit for 5000 eggs) at Russian Research Veterinary Institute of Poultry (VNIVIP), Lomonosov city, the Leningrad Region;

•  Contract to purchase laboratory furniture and clinical and biochemistry appliances (microscopes, spectrophotometers, clinical electrophoresis systems, hemostasis analyzer, coagulation timer system, scales, refrigerators, centrifuges and laboratory washers) for Central Customs Hospital of the State Customs Committee;

•  Contract to supply, install and commission laboratory equipment (muffle furnace, scales, spray devices, distillation apparatuses, microscopes, binocular loupe, drying ovens, centrifuges, laminar cabinets, air-conditioning systems, PCs, refrigerators, autoclaves, conductivity meter, multi-function mills, shaking apparatuses, climatic chambers and spectrophotometers) within the city development program for Michurinsk as Science City;

•  Special-purpose climatic systems supplied for electronics industry in Moscow, Zelenograd and Kazan.

In 2004 the large-scale equipment supply project was completed for CRYOCENTRE, the first human cord/placental blood stem cell bank (Research Centre of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatal Medicine, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (RAMS), bldg. 4, Academician Oparin str., Moscow 117997), license by the RF Ministry of Healthcare No. 1128/04 dd. March 25, 2004; the medical and laboratory systems and appliances included hematology analyzers, autoclaves, distillation apparatuses, water bath, CO2-incubators, microscopes, pipettor set, laboratory plastic appliances and other consumables, reagents, refrigerators and freezing systems, biosafety cabinets, lab centrifuges, software freezing systems and cryogenic systems for storage and monitoring of produced units of human cord/placental blood stem cells, facilities for HLA Laboratory. High-quality installation and commissioning as well as routine service maintenance allow on-the-spot solutions for all arising issues and provide for the world standard performance of CRYOCENTRE stem cell bank (See Supplement 1).

The Company’s long standing and successful operation on both domestic and international markets of laboratory, medical and biotechnological equipment results from its key performance components:

Firstly, it is large-scale range. The most in-demand traditional lab facilities are always in-stock, from laminar boxes and biosafety cabinets, low-temperature and shock freezers to water baths, shaking apparatuses and magnetic stirrers. The Company sales division always has and is available to present the package of ready-to-use proposals with specification for both popular and designed non-standard equipment. They can be distillation apparatuses, freeze-drying systems, multi-parameter hematology analyzers for lab animals; milk- or oxygen analyzers as well as ones for Kjeldahl-method-based organic nitrogen analysis and content of cellulose and fibres, fat and oils, arsenic and mercury, casein and protein, iron, total phosphorus, alcohol, etc.

Secondly, it is high quality after-sales service offered by skilled certified team. The service maintenance department offers various ways of cooperation to meet Customer’s needs. This can include maintenance activities on the customer’s premises or “first aid”, i.e. visit to customer at his/her convenience, or equipment delivery. The Company’s certified centres provide our customers with top-quality services.

Thirdly, it is successful operation in both retail sales and end-customer affairs, and implementation of specific projects and turnkey provisions.
