Comprehensive solutions offered comprise the following stages:
1. Production concept development which is the underlying process, the starting point for new production, enabling to estimate financial expenses and time expenditures as well as ways of further improvement. For each project external specialists and consultants are involved into development of production technology.
2. Design is done in compliance with both international requirements and Russian GOST Р 52249-2004. The agreed solutions and key engineering and economic performance are detailed and specified within the design documents. The prepared documents are submitted for the state expert review and then constitute a ground for work paper to be executed.
3. Construction and installation are arranged with due consideration of environmental protection and investment optimization.
4. Clean rooms (if the given project requires).
4.1 Complete delivery of clean room equipment in accordance with GMP and ISO 14644 requirements (partition-walls, doors, floors, ceilings, lights, filter grids, etc.);
4.2 Turnkey installation of clean rooms including ventilation and air-conditioning systems, etc.;
4.3 Supply of special-purpose furniture made of stainless steel;
5. Equipment supply. The Company has long standing relations with world leaders in equipment manufacturing. We guarantee in-time and favourable-terms delivery of your facilities.
6. Installation belongs to one of the final engineering stages. Our Company’s team will make sure that the equipment is installed in compliance with manufacturer’s recommendations and the quality of work done is appropriate.
7. Start-up work comprises verification of equipment installation, production process modelling (without the product in question), check and adjustment of different modes for equipment and system operations, commission of equipment with the product in question, quality verification for work being done, and training. Delivery and acceptance documents are prepared upon the start-up completion.
8. Production system implementation.
9. Complete validation of the production system.
10. After-sales service.
