Since 1991 EU Imtex has been providing technological support services for scientific researches to be done with conventional and brand-new solutions, and implementation services for unique scientific and industrial know-hows as well. The Company's practises are unconventional approach to fulfilling tasks related to its activities and immediate availability to solve urgent issues. Today the technologies, guidelines and techniques developed by EU Imtex team are successful in the following fields: cryobanks creation and stem cell preservation, laminar box model building which is used to protect products in veterinary, pilot project design aimed at anticancer agent acquisition within class A clean rooms. The Company facilitates the development of and equipment supplies for medical centres of different specialization with providing both medical appliances and special-purpose furniture. For example, in 2001–2003 the Company was a supplier of medical equipment to N.I. Pirogov National Medical Surgical Centre, the RF Ministry of Healthcare, (NMKhC) and NMKhC pharmacy as well as a project designer and sole equipment supplier for biochemistry and clinical analysis laboratory of the Children’s Consulting Diagnostic Centre.
EU Imtex provides a wide range of value-added services along with medical equipment and engineering:
- Validation: complete certification cycle for equipment, assembly, functioning and set-up locations in accordance with the established requirements;
- Servicing: there is a Company owned service centre which offers maintenance, repair and supply of spare parts for medical equipment to be provided. The service centre team is competent not only in repairing various laboratory test facilities, but providing recommendations related to their use and, in addition, staff training for more efficient handling of new medical systems;
- Leasing: the Company offers an opportunity to take on lease various medical devices and laboratory equipment. Medical facilities, laboratory devices and equipment are very expensive; therefore, by offering our leasing service we practise individual-oriented approach to our customer’s needs in order to find the best solution.

The Company offers different delivery types for medical and laboratory devices, i.e. customer pick up from any Company’s offices by vehicle, aircraft or railway transport. The ordered medical equipment is to be shipped within one–two day period, if in stock; and in case it is not, the delivery will take place at the stated earlier date.
